P-47 thunderbolt

The P-47 was a WWII fighter plane. It had 8 .50 cal machine guns, it could hold up to 2,500 lb of bombs. It could also hold rockets. The top ace in P-47 was Francis S. Gabraski. He shot down 28 planes. There are only 16 still flying, But there are a lot in museums. The P-47 is a very cool plane.
